The 2nd Managerial Meeting was held at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) premises, in Bonn, Germany, on 25-26 February 2016.

The Meeting started with a welcome address from Kristina Hensen-Reifgens and Isabelle Le Mouillour, on behalf of BIBB, the organizer of the Meeting.
On behalf of OAED, Athanasia Theodoridou, NAAGRCY Project manager, presented Projects objectives, current activities and plans for the forthcoming period.
Under WP3, on behalf of BIBB, Kristina Hensen-Reifgens and Isabelle Le Mouillour, presented the contents of the draft Guides on:
The role of staff in VET
Requirements for Companies as VET providers
Apprenticeship Regulations and cooperation between companies and schools
Examinations Assessment of learning outcomes
Also, under WP3, on behalf of IME GSEVEE, Gerasimos Karoulas, presented the Guide on «stablishment and Operation of Apprenticeship Intermediary Networks of Small and Very Small Enterprises and Training Centers».
Under WP4, Athanasia Theodoridou, NAAGRCY Project manager, presented the activities involved in the WP, regarding the selection of 2 sectors and 2 professions for the Pilot Implementation of In-Company Apprenticeship Procedures. On behalf of IME GSEVEE, Vassilis Siomadis presented the criteria for the selection of 2 sectors/specialties for the Pilot Implementation in Greece Cyprus.
On behalf of IEP, Irene Kyriakidi and Revveka Chroussala presented the outline of the «Case Study: Identifying Educational and Training Needs of Trainers».
Under WP6, Athanasia Theodoridou, NAAGRCY Project manager, on behalf of OAED, presented some aspects of the dissemination strategy.
The Meeting ended with the agreement on a revised project schedule.
