The 3rd Managerial Meeting was held at the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) premises, in Nicosia, on 29-30 September 2016.

The Meeting started with a welcome address from Leonidas Paschalides (Senior Director), on behalf of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), the organizer of the Meeting. Monica Andreou (CCCI) gave an overview of the Meeting’s Agenda concerning the Work Packages and the Thematic Workshop.
On behalf of OAED, Athanasia Theodoridou, NAAGRCY Project Manager, presented, an  overview of the Project status and the activities within the next five months, the final period of the Project. She also confirmed that OAED had been received the official letter of approval for the extension of the Project; this means that the Project will be ending by 28/02/2017. Finally, there was a presentation for the Pilot Implementation of In-Companies Apprenticeship Prodedures (WP4) and for the Publicity and Dissemination of Projects Results (WP6).
On behalf of BIBB, Kristina Hensen-Reifgens presented the scope and the aims for the Guides for the development and adaptation of in-companies apprenticeship procedures of WP3 and especially for the outcomes of each guideline. Isabelle Le Mouillour (BIBB) presented the «apprenticeship toolbox», which is developed by the national VET authorities from Austria, Denmark, Germany, Luxemburg and Switzerland in order to promote the development of apprenticeship and dual based vocational education and training supporting the European alliance of Apprenticeship and is co-funded by the Erasmus+. This «toolbox» website is www.apprenticeship-toolbox.eu.
On behalf of IEP, Irene Kyriakidi and Revveka Chroussala presented the outcomes of the «Identifying educational and training needs of Trainers Study in Greece».
On behalf of CPC, Andreas Polydorou and Katerina Kokkinou presented the main results of the corresponding Study in Cyprus.
On behalf of IME GSEVEE, Vassilis Siomadis, presented the Dissemination Plan of the Projects results.
Finally, from KEDROS S.A., Dimitris Lemonakis, as the external Project evaluator presented the «External Evaluation Perspective of NAAGRCY» and specified the main objectives which are the evaluation of basic parameters and implementation procedures of the Project and the evaluation of results based on the initial design and the objectives set.
